Eminem joins Kid Rock on “Heal My Faith,” a track from Kid Rock’s faith-themed album Halfway 2 Jesus, out October 17, reuniting the Detroit friends despite their political differences.
Eminem and Kid Rock are proving a decades-long friendship can outlast political differences. Em joins Kid Rock on “Heal My Faith,” a track from Kid Rock’s faith-themed rock album Halfway 2 Jesus, due Saturday, October 17, which is also Eminem’s 54th birthday. Earlier reports had Eminem on a song called “7 Sins,” but Kid Rock said he’s on “Heal My Faith” instead, with Lil Wayne now on “7 Sins.”
The two Detroit natives go way back. Eminem appeared on “F— Off” from Kid Rock’s 1998 breakthrough Devil Without a Cause, and Kid Rock later showed up in the video for Eminem’s 2013 single “Berzerk.” Kid Rock has said they’ve never let politics divide them and hopes the collaboration sets an example for people who’ve lost friends over differences. The record has drawn mixed reactions online, but for longtime Eminem fans, it’s another chance to hear him on a surprising pairing.
The verse also lands just over a week after Em’s appearance on EZ Mil’s “MADARA,” which was his first verse of 2026. You can listen to the single above and find the streaming links below.
