Statik Selektah is back with “Champagne Wishes,” featuring Freddie Gibbs, Ab-Soul and Raekwon. The collaboration arrives ahead of his upcoming album, Expensive Taste, scheduled for November 6 via Mass Appeal and Showoff.
Statik Selektah is in full album rollout mode as he gets ready to drop his new album, Expensive Taste, via Mass Appeal and Showoff next month. Earlier this year he linked up with Raekwon for the smooth cut “Glenfiddich,” and now the two connect once again on “Champagne Wishes.”
This time Statik taps Freddie Gibbs and Ab-Soul to complement the smooth, luxurious vibes. It’s a stacked lineup of rappers’ rappers trading bars over a Statik beat, and the production is on point as always. It’s a well-executed song with some high-level raps. An official visualizer is out now, and you can find the streaming links below.
Expensive Taste arrives November 6th and is also set to feature Joey Bada$$, 2 Chainz, Westside Gunn, Stove God Cooks, Killer Mike, Styles P, and more.
