L.E.P. Bogus Boys Show Support at Rhymefest’s Fundraiser

We were glad to catch L.E.P. Bogus Boys live at Rhymefest’s fundraiser for his alderman run last week. Riding high off a strong 2010, L.E.P. continued their momentum following the success of Don’t Feed Da Killaz III, the DJ Drama–hosted mixtape that earned a spot on MTV’s Top 10 Mixtapes list. At the time, they were easily one of the hottest groups in the city, and their impact on Chicago’s scene was undeniable. The group brought out multiple local acts to the stage in support of Rhymefest, turning the night into a full celebration of Chicago hip-hop. Overall, it was a standout show filled with strong performances from the city’s own.
