Busta Rhymes has released Dillagence II, a 19-track album built entirely from unreleased J Dilla beats given to him before the producer’s passing in 2006. Approved by Dilla’s estate, the project features D’Angelo, Lil Wayne, Big Sean, Anderson .Paak, and more, serving as a sequel to their 2007 mixtape Dillagence.

Busta Rhymes Releases ‘Dillagence II’ With J. Dilla
A while back, Busta Rhymes revealed he had a stash of over 300 beats that J Dilla left him before his passing in 2006. He’s been holding onto them for the right moment, and now, with approval from J Dilla’s estate — including his mother, Maureen “Ma Dukes” Yancey — Busta drops his new album, Dillagence II. Busta gave fans a preview with his single “SPAZZZ,” and now the full album is here, packed with 19 tracks featuring that classic J Dilla sound. The project also features La Reezy, D’Angelo (in posthumous vocals recorded over 20 years ago), Big Sean, Anderson .Paak, Ludacris, Lil Wayne, Common, Jon Batiste, and Talib Kweli, all helping Busta carry the classic beats. It’s a sequel to their 2007 mixtape Dillagence, and Busta does a great job over the production, delivering a well-executed project. You can find the streaming links below.
