Things have escalated quickly between Cam’ron and Dame Dash. Once close friends, the two are now on opposite sides of a $300 million lawsuit filed by Dame. In response, Cam went back to his roots, dropping a sharp freestyle over Fantasia’s classic “When I See You”, aimed directly at Dame. The track comes with a clean, well-executed video that shows Cam’s wit and lyrical edge haven’t faded. At this point, it feels like the feud has gone too far to be resolved, but props to Cam for delivering a strong response.
