Vic Mensa revisits his latest project I Tape with a new video. The video is shot here in Chicago and directed by The Times for the song “Victory” produced by Just Blaze. Vic rides around the city in sports bikes and also features the five winners of his scavenger hunt who found the exclusive tapes hidden in Chicago.
