Actin’ Bad produced by Blitz, seemingly plays as a cold hearted and reckless day-in-the-life account, the song was penned – therapeutically, almost – as SL went through the process of putting recent adversity in the rearview. “I’ve been dealing with a lot of stress lately due to my current legal situation,” explains SL. “At some point you just gotta say ‘Fuck it’; sitting around feeling sorry for yourself isn’t gonna change anything. I’m gonna face this – or any situation – with my head held high.”
