Spotted this at LWHQ and it appears to be a promo video for Shannell’s mixtape, the track though it’s off Weezy’s Rebirth album, somebody did some promo mashup. After the jump you can see Mack Maine confirming that The Carter 4 will be dropping when Lil Wayne is released for Rikers.
