J. Cole has officially released The Fall-Off, a two-disc album featuring 24 tracks and marking the conclusion of a carefully executed rollout.
True JAY-Z fans know the legacy of his classic track “Dead Presidents,” built around that unforgettable Nas sample. Originally a standout record on his debut album Reasonable Doubt, the song has long had alternate freestyle versions floating online since the Napster era, versions that never made the final cut. Today, JAY-Z officially released the mastered alternate version on streaming platforms. While the iconic hook and production remain intact, Hov delivers completely different verses on this release.
