Chicago’s own Phor recently released his debut album, Lightning Bug. The Chicago native has built a buzz on the music scene across the country for his highly anticipated performances. Phor’s powerful stage presence has garnered the attention of fans and the industry elite. Most recently, Phor has expanded his fan base on a new level as one of the stars of the hit VH1 TV show, Black Ink Crew Chicago. “Lightning Bug” features guest artists Twista & Kay Fox as well as production by Lehday and DJ L. Fans can look forward to Phor’s album release concert on Thursday, September 1st at Reggies (2109 S. State Street). Doors open at 8:00p.m. for the 18+ show. Chicago is the first stop of Phor’s Lightning Bug Tour.
