Due to issues with our server the past week we’ve been a bit behind with our posts, but everything seems to be back to normal and we’re catching up. We attended the benefit concert last week hosted by Chicago’s own Hustle Simmons & Dave Jeff that featured performances by Raheem DeVaughn, Project Mayhem, Ro Spit, Lungz, The 2 of Diamonds, Verbal Kwest, Nicholaus Kane and Kamilah Sumner. We were in attendance this past 4/20 to watch Kendrick Lamar headline his first performance in Chicago along with other local talents. Phil G, Mike Golden and Schoolboy Q also did guest appearances in front of a solid crowd at The Shrine that really gave Kendrick Lamar a warm welcome on a chilly Chicago night.
