Mixing, mastering, artwork – we all know that it takes a while to finish a project. In the meantime, creativity doesn’t stop, and new music must be made. So Pep Love, Cold Showda (Chosen Few), and LB Select have decided to skip all that and start funneling their new music straight to the listener, literally as soon as the song is done. “We Pull Rank” is the first in a series, which has been dubbed The Mansion, of free songs to be given away in coming months that feature guest appearances from fellow Hiero crew members and other notable artists. In the midst of Pep Love finishing up his new album, The Rigamarole, and Chosen Few working on their new album, Far Between, this new music is meant to hold fans over as official releases are completed. This new track is produced by Unjust and SK, no strangers to producing for Pep Love having handled the lion’s share of the production on Pep’s new album, as well as a forthcoming collaborative album from Pep Love and fellow Hiero member Opio, who is also prepping his own solo album, Vulture’s Wisdom 2, for release this year.
