Chicago has been making some serious waves in hip-hop over the past six months, with artists emerging from across the city to create the city’s most powerful movement in years. To help capture the scene’s excitement, some of Chicago’s biggest DJ’s and tastemakers, including DJ Victoriouz, DJ Twin, DJ Pharris, and Moe Bey, came together to release The New Chicago, Vol 1. a tape that features the likes of Chief Keef, King Louie, Lil Durk, and more. The L.E.P. Bogus Boys have been – and continue to be – at the forefront of the Chicago movement, and in proving their position, the Southside Chicago duo delivered what was easily the standout track from that mixtape with “Showtime”. Now, L.E.P. are excited to release the non-DJ CDQ version of the track.
