About Us

Since we launched HHRAPiNFO in 2009 our goal was to continue to support the Hip Hop culture and help artists promote their material through our online publication. We are proud to say a lot of artists that have been featured on the site have been able to build a successful career for themselves and we are grateful to have posted their material. Since our official launch we have interviewed and worked on projects with numerous artists locally and nationally, we continue to create ways to keep this culture alive and most importantly help artists have a way to promote their content. Thanks to all the readers and supports!

  3. For Immediate Release

Honest Management presents the return of Chicago female vocalist Trizonna McClendon. Her late 2006 debut album Overtones & Innuendo’s introduced her brand of R&B to the masses with an infectious single titled Sunshine and Lemonade that made her one to watch as well as a welcomed addition to a then burgeoning and revamped Indie Soul music scene. Overtones & Innuendos went on to receive distribution in Japan (P-Vine Records), a few nominations and won an award or two, which carried the album well into 2008. In late 2009, Trizonna McClendon’s sophomore release NewFamiliar (a much more edgy and 100% live music R&B/Soul experience), impacted with a high quality music video for the electrically soulful and sassy single Shatter Proof that garnered the album loads of positive press and feedback. This led to an official release party in Chicago, New York and Los Angeles, a slew of live performances coast to coast (including a month long Border Books & Music Tour in the Midwest) and a few more nominations which carried NewFamiliar comfortably into the first quarter of 2011. This Is My Range is a piece that was originally introduced on NewFamiliar as an interlude but somehow became one of the most talked about songs on the record. Trizonna McClendon is back at it again for 2012, ready to welcome us back into her musical space using a visual for the often talked about This Is My Range as the setup to her upcoming yet to be titled Ep that is guaranteed to surprise a few. Keep your eyes and ears open because little miss Sunshine and Lemonade is back to show us she actually is Shatter Proof! Enjoy
